On 25 July 2025, around 11 a.m., we asked to try on Clarks Torhill shoes in different sizes because my friend wanted to try them. However, the staff were very moody and didn’t even smile at us. Even when I said “thank you” despite her rude service, she just ignored me. We were so annoyed that we ended up not buying anything.
