Famous Amos at Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall

Famous Amos at Dataran Pahlawan occupies lots B-43E and B-43F on the lower ground floor of the megamall, operating as a hot-baked cookie outlet under the Malaysian franchise held by THE FAMOUS AMOS C.C.C.C. (M) SDN BHD. The brand was founded by Wally Amos and established in Malaysia in 1984, with its first store at Sungei Wang Plaza. It was acquired by DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad in 1997 and now operates over 60 hot-baked stores nationwide.

The outlet bakes nine varieties of chocolate chip cookies fresh throughout the day using semi-sweet chocolate chips and nuts, producing the characteristic aroma that draws passers-by. In addition to the classic Original Chocolate Chip, varieties include Butterscotch Macadamia, Oatmeal Raisin, and seasonal flavours. The store also sells Cookie Muffins (Pandan flavour at RM3.90 with any 200g or 300g purchase) and gift packaging including bouquets and snack packs.

Operating hours are 10 am to 10 pm daily. Current promotions include a Cookies Bonanza deal (buy 400g, receive 100g free with free delivery online), gift bouquet specials for occasions such as Teacher's Day and Mother's Day, and Maybank cardholder offers. Cookies are sold by weight from approximately RM15 per 100g.
