Jo Malone London at Mahkota Parade occupies lot G18 on the ground floor, operating as the British luxury fragrance house's boutique in the Melaka shopping centre. The store opened as a new addition to the mall, with opening celebrations including gifts with purchase and social media redemption offers.

The boutique carries Jo Malone London's full range of luxury fragrances, including signature colognes such as Lime Basil and Mandarin, Wood Sage and Sea Salt, and Peony and Blush Suede. The product range spans colognes, diffusers, candles, body crmes, bath oils, and home fragrances. Customers can experience the brand's signature Fragrance Combining concept, layering different scents to create a personalised fragrance. During the opening promotion, the first 100 customers with any purchase received a complimentary treat, while spending RM350 earned a Body and Hand Lotion 15ml and spending RM700 added a Cologne 9ml.

The Mahkota Parade boutique is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm. Jo Malone London products are priced from approximately RM200 for small cologne sizes to over RM1,500 for large home fragrance installations. Customers sharing the new store on social media could redeem a 1.5ml Cologne Vial (limited to the first 50 participants).
