Quality of the frame is worst, it starts to fade and rust within a month. Wasted around RM200, never come back again.

slow n poor quality. lenses dun fit frame. staff chk yr eyes kust go thru motion. cashier arrogant n rude. tech staff dun know their jobs. dunnp why such shop can exist.

My experience at DP outlet is just fine.Purchased a pair of reading specs recently as per sales staff advice,quite knowledgeable staff,eye test,waited 1.5 hours for the specs to ready,collect and before took off,another staff further advice how to take care of the specs.Well,thanks.

Choose frame, do eye check, payment, and collect 1.5 hours later. For RM68, there is nothing to complain about. Just hope the quality can last.
