I went to the store on 4/9/2025 and trying out this one shoe when suddenly the staff (female) she snatched the shoe from my hand right after I take off the shoe while saying “Kalau nak saiz cakap ae”. She’s just so rude.

I don't really like this outlet. The staff there are not really willing to help and there are very limited choice of shoes in this outlet. Asked th guy to help get me a specific shoe size and then he disappeared and when I approached him he said he forgot. And please lower down the music. Its super loud!

The worst service I ever had from JD Sports is Melaka Mahkota Parade Branch. The staffs are nowhere to be found, they simply handed you a plastic and gone, did not even bother to help you with the shoes -.-
