The aircon is not cold & few places in the store were wet due to water leaking and is dripping. Nobody clean the tables. Waiting time for a fastfood chain is really bad. Took > 30mins to be served.

Had the Burger Steak and Spaghetti Bolognese for lunch. Portion size was good, and taste was enjoyable especially the burger steak with its rich gravy. Service, however, was slow, and the overall dining experience felt a bit unorganized. Food was fine, but the speed needs work.
