A big KFC outlet in Mahkota Parade. The outlet is not so crowded. It has the usual variety of dishes as per the franchise. The good tastes good. Tried the Nasi Lemak with Ayam Goreng. They could be a little generous with the sambal... The service is self-service, so very minimal human connection. The place looks decorated with good interior taste. The sitting areas are less noisy and clean. The payment can be made when you self order. Or separately by QR or cash. Parking is plentiful in Mahkota parade.

Bad experience ya, the attitude of staff so bad, the staff name SHAFIKAH should learn more on customer service, so bitchy. The fired mozzarella is supposed to be HOT?, yet you serve me cold?. Only floor boy take initiative to give best service.

This is KFC Singapore (KFC Malaysia is great) - terrible service and chicken as they keep getting order wrong and the chicken is small size and not juicy.

I would like to compliment the store for its clean and comfortable environment, the staff for their friendly and attentive service especially Nuratiqah.. also the food for being fresh and well-prepared. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Nice location while craving for fried chicken. Meat well done and juicy, herbs not as strong as remembered. Washing point available.

Rude staff at counter. Ask her about to redeem voucher ( for in Store only) and need to ordering at counter. But the staff so rude, ignore it ask me to use kiosk without see my voucher first. And assume the voucher for online only. Very rude and unprofessional.
