Our first time buying from Koi. We were really impressed by the staff friendliness and patient. They recommended a few drinks for us to try. The pearl were nicely cooked, soft and chewy. I accidentally paid more than required and was returned the extra cash. Well done! Keep up the good work.

Tried Koi’s Lychee Black Tea with 25% sweetness—it was perfectly balanced and refreshing. Went early morning, so it was quiet with plenty of seats to enjoy the drink. Simple and satisfying!

It does not taste the same like KL. It does not have the aroma of tea. Just taste milk and sugar. The sr Management of Koi should do spot check and taste it yourself. Or else your business will be lost to Chagee totally.
