I bought an iPad here last week. Even though I purchased the most affordable model, the service was excellent. The staff member named Naim was very helpful—he explained everything clearly, including the warranty. I also went to AEON Ayer Keroh before this, but they didn’t attend to me at all. Really satisfied with the service here!

A staff was quite rude and condescending to customer who didn’t really know technical terms of phones. The service was also half-hearted and not friendly. Please improve on the customer service and staff attitude.
