The staff is very, very rude. Should I as a customer go into the store to give you sales, and you as staff all curse me in front of my face? Not 1 or 2 staff, there were 5 staff who cursed me! Very rude!

Fitting room should use this door, wear a cloth, men enter and wait in front of the cloth, hope the management takes this as an important matter, normal doors are fine, promise privacy is maintained

Very disappointed with the service at M&B Mahkota Parade. One of the staff members was rude and completely unprofessional. As a customer, I donāt think itās acceptable to be treated this way. If a staff member canāt respect customers, they shouldnāt be working there. I hope the management takes serious and firm action to ensure this doesnāt happen again.
