1st time Experience as new customer for this OC. Price is good, environment is good, but the services like self service store. Im not sure is it due to evening or year end. Totally lack of assistance at all when in store, like assist for correct sizes, or get a new set instead of display set (my self to find and take it). Staff like MIA. If looking for another brand, and they just point a way without guiding you towards. Even need another customer help to call the staff, only it come to LOOK at you. and then disappear again. Like judge customer by the way they wear. Only when doing payment, then staff appear at cashier. And please la, notify customer if the bag you give (chargeable), not without inform and just key in. Not providing any information of warranty if found defect etc. Just give ur bill after payment like saying you may leave then. LOL. For people who wants to buy shoes in affordable price can visit, but don't expect their services. Stars given for environment and price but not services. Even al Ikhsan services outcome them a lot.
