If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all. I bought the animal less than 3 days ago, and the animal was dead. When I called, they said it was our fault. And when I asked how old the animal was, they said they didn't know. DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM THIS SHOP !!!

Went in today. Lady shop owner was so ill mannered. What was even more shocking was the horrid conditions at which the puppy etc was kept. So sad and disheartening to see. Hope the authorities can raid this place once to check cleanliness etc. No idea how could mall authorities allow such shops to exist in their malls.

The place is dirty and stinky. The animals are unhealthy and get trapped in a small space. Bought a rabbit there once, die after one and half week, it's too weak even after sending it to the vet.
