Please train your workers manning the Cashier properly, either they don’t know how to do or they deliberately don’t want to do BonusLink points redemption. They gave a bad disturbed face when a customer asked regarding points redemption. Better bring back points redemption at the pump and save the hassle to see such sour face.

The staff is very rude, they don't know how to treat customers well... They don't have patience and just like to yell at people... No manners at all.. The cashier should have someone who has manners when talking to people, not unprofessional staff like that...
