Gave us uncut chicken piece and two bamboo sticks how to eat??? Asked to cut it they refused. Stupid shop

I loves shihlin very much,normally if i go to others place,i always get the best from this shop,but today the potato is uncooked,the staf who being cashier also no manners,sorry to say that but maybe u can sent her training how to serve cust,im not asking for her to smile but at least not being rude

Gave me uncut chicken,i asked them to cut the chicken but they refused with an annoying tone and attitude, the staff here is not friendly

Didnāt expect to see the condition of the āstallāā¦ pathetic small counter hidden at the far back area (ground floor). Of all the outlets, this one at Dataran Pahlawan is the most patheticā¦ ā¦

The customer nagged at me. The mee sua is extremely small, the chicken chop is oily and burnt. The main thing is their attitude toward customers. Extremely rude. Will not come here again. Long awaiting time is fine, but poor service is unacceptable when we are being extremely polite. Don't come here.

The kitchen hygiene looks poor. The worker even playing phone when preparing food and put his phone inside the food carton. The food quality is low comparing to other outlets. The oyster mee sua and chicken chop had some sour taste.

My childhood favourite brand now is ruined by franchise like this...... the oyster noodles is smelly and something is very wrong.
