I came to subway mahkota parade two days ago to order tuna egg & cheese but one of the staff said that not available the breakfast only before 11. I said now not 11am yet but the staff rudely ignore me. Better improve the time of the breakfast time if you dont want to do the breakfast often.

Once happened that the staff was not friendly, no smile and customer feels not welcoming. No sink to wash hand, have to go to nearest toilet to wash. Today, soft drink- ice lemon tea and fresh orange out of stock. No choice have to drink carbonated.

Ground floor, although view from the window not great. We were able to fill our reusable coffee cup with a cold drink here in addition to sandwiches. Helpful staff, nice food.

We decided to give this place a try on our way past despite the reviews and we did not regret it. Got the foot long chicken bbq special and it was delicious! Stuffed with fillings and the guy who served us was smiling and so pleasant! Perfect subway with a smile
