good service by aiman and he is very a friendly staff. every weekend i will come to this outlet for my jasmine milk tea because i like the taste is sweet compared to other outlets, it tastes bitter.

Ordered their promo for one free one coffee. They took a while to prepare the drinks. Not sure what went wrong. Also ordered the mango frappe could not taste the mango.

My drinks are not even all the way full like other branches. Staff is rude. Ask for sleeves but insisted its only for hot drink. So I had to hold my cold drink in hand thw whole time. Thank goodness Im only in town for a short trip. Zus, pls look into this.

Had a great experience at ZUS Mahkota Parade! My drink was prepared by a barista named Nadd. She was very polite and attentive, and the drink was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. Keep up the good work, Nadd!
