Had a really good experience at Maxis Mahkota Parade Melaka. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient while explaining everything to me. They didnβt rush and made sure all my questions were answered properly. Service was smooth and professional. Definitely appreciate the good customer service. π β¦

Terrible service. The woman was annoyed to talk to us. They don't sell prepaid sim cards. We are told to go to a 7-eleven that only has cards for 1 week. BTW if you don't want to help people you can think to change job.

Great service at Maxis Centre! I visited to set up WiFi for my home, and Encik Zulfikry provided me with clear and helpful information. The whole process was smooth, and within just three days, my WiFi was installed at home. Highly recommended!

Only one person entertain us during our visit to MP today. He politely assists us to help with our difficulties in paying the bill. While the girl in blue we approached just randomly showed the machine without asking what do we faced here. So yeah be nice lah sikit π β¦
